At So Magnetic, every magnet is custom-made to order and crafted specifically for you. We take great care in creating your order before it is shipped.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, public holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Rates

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate

  • Priority Shipping: $12.95 flat rate (be the first in line)

  • Express Shipping: $14.95 flat rate

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 AUD

International Orders

We offer a flat international shipping rates of $30. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

International

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, although delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or local carrier networks.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you made a mistake, emails as soon as possible with the correct information. Once we have shipped the packages, we can't change the delivery address. 

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@somagnetic.com.au as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a resolution.
