What is your return and refund policy?
Because every magnet is custom-made from your personal photos, we're unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if we've made an error on our end, we'll remake it at no cost to you. Your satisfaction matters to us — if something goes wrong, just email us at hello@somagnetic.com.au with a photo and we'll sort it out straight away.
How do I send you my photos?
Upload them before you add your product to cart by clicking on the big bight "Choose Files" button. It's a simple upload — no app needed, just your phone or computer. If you have any trouble, email your photos directly to hello@somagnetic.com.au and we'll take it from there.
What size are the magnets?
All our magnets are 5×5cm square. This is the perfect size for a fridge gallery — big enough to see clearly, small enough to display lots of them together.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving your photos. Standard Australian shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.
What if I don't like how my magnet turns out?
We stand behind every magnet we make. If your photo doesn't print beautifully, arrives damaged, or you're genuinely not happy with the result, we'll remake it. No drama, no hoops to jump through. Just email us athello@somagnetic.com.au.
Can I use different photos for each magnet in a set?
Yes, absolutely. Each magnet in a set can be a completely different photo — mix pets, people, places, whatever you want. You can also repeat the same photo across all magnets if you want a matching set.
